More Phone Issues
We have had our third fault on our main phone line again this morning, which is extremely disappointing and clearly unacceptable. As a semi-permanent solution, we have transferred the phones from our residents’ line to our main number to ensure continuity of service, so for all enquiries please call 02380 55 44 78.
This does mean if we phone you, our outgoing number will appear as 02380 558 008, you can use either number to phone in. We were already in the process of switching over to the cloud phone system anyway, so this situation has expedited that process, which should permanently solve the issue in due course. We will see how quickly the new system can be implemented and consider contingency measures, depending on that timeframe. In the meantime, the main phone should now work, and we apologise for any inconvenience.
