Our Fees
Like most care homes our fees vary quite significantly, mainly due to our residents’ differing care needs.
We suggest you call us and have a brief discussion with a member of staff, probably Michelle our Registered Manager, so they can give you an idea of our fees in your case.
Staffing is by far our biggest cost and where more than 60% of our fees go. Clearly if someone needs two carers to help them in the morning and evening then this is more expensive than someone who needs just one carer to assist them. Variable, complex mental health needs also require more input from management, as well as staff on hand if need be, so there is often an extra cost involved in these cases as well.
There are also other factors which have an impact on our rates, such as room size and location as well as ensuite facilities.
We are always willing to consider residents who are funded by Social Services.
