We are in the process of putting together our Annual Quality Assurance Report, which gathers the thoughts  from residents and visitors to the home on how White Lodge Care Home is doing.

You can also use the Contact Us email to ask for a copy of the full form, which we can email or post to you, depending on your preference.  We welcome all feedback, positive or negative, as we see it as an opportunity to improve.  All comments will be used to compile the Annual Quality Assurance Report, which should be published by the beginning of December.  There will be a hard copy of it within the home, and we will also publish it in this section of our website.
